At Language Arts Academy, our Kindergarten Program provides a nurturing, engaging, and academically enriching environment where children ages 4 to 5 develop the essential skills needed for a successful transition into elementary school.

Through our Spanish Immersion Program, age-appropriate academic instruction, hands-on learning, and purposeful play, children develop foundational literacy, mathematics, critical thinking, and social-emotional skills while gaining valuable exposure to a second language.

What Children Learn and Experience

Spanish Immersion & Bilingual Communication

Children strengthen their Spanish vocabulary, listening comprehension, pronunciation, and conversational skills through daily interactions, storytelling, songs, games, and classroom activities.

Spanish is naturally woven throughout the school day, helping children build confidence in understanding and communicating in a second language.

Early Literacy, Reading & Writing

Our curriculum introduces and reinforces essential early literacy skills, including:

• Letter recognition and letter sounds

• Phonological and phonemic awareness

• Recognizing and writing their names

Daily routines encourage children to develop responsibility, independence, personal hygiene, organizational skills, and the ability to care for their belongings and classroom materials.

Preparing for Elementary School

Our Kindergarten Program focuses on developing the academic, social, emotional, and practical skills children need to transition confidently into elementary school.
